					  After 10 years in Dubai I've seen so many "pizzeria" but this, this is without any doubt our new favorite pizza place in Dubai.

We met the owner and his... read more lovely wife, in their little piece of Italy, here, in Dubai.

They are lovely, sweet and polite and speak fluently 4 languages one of witch is Italian and you can see, you can feel the "Trattoria" atmosphere all around you, you feel warm, welcome, cuddle and... Hungry looking at the menu!

This is not the first time that I bring my family there, but this time I tried the new pizza flavor "Peppadew": SUPER!

Antipasti, pizza, dolce e caffe' ed un sorriso nascera' sul tuo volto.

Starter, pizza, sweets and coffee and a smile on your face is guaranteed. 

This is not luck, it is fresh and best Italian ingredients, well trained personnel, passion, resilience, quality and simple, bare, authenticity this is the key and the recipe of the success if this little Italian nest.

A pearl between too many mediocre imitation.

WELL DONE SABBIONI! Or "Well Dine Sabbioni", thank you and see you soon.

I did something extra special and took the cooking class with some of my friends and honestly it was very informative, fun and interactive ! i highly recommend it if you and your friends are looking for a fun activity to do. We instantly felt like part of the Kitchen at the restaurant, the team there were patient and very warm. And OH MY the pizza !!!! the freshness ! the taste ! It reminded me of those cute spots we used to find in our Florence trip.

The staff is very knowledgeable about their product and teach you... read more the correct methods of slapping dough, the right way of putting it into the oven and give you tips on how to make your pizza perfect! The pizza itself is so light and fresh as they use the best ingredients. 



Definitely recommended! We booked it on the Switch & Co app and it comes with a starter (which you can learn how to make yourself) and a drink.

					  I grew up not far away from the Italian border and pizza has always been my favorite comfy food. In the past decade I tried numerous Italian restaurants in Dubai... read more but couldn't find great, authentic pizza - until we discovered Pizza Sabbioni! We were a group of three and we all loved their pizza: perfect dough and fresh ingredients. We also tried one of their pasta dishes with truffles and it was delicious. Service was very good. We will definitely be back!

I do believe... read more very much that they probably have some of the best pizzas no matter where in the world you would compare them to but certainly the best I’ve had in Dubai!

The staff are super friendly, communicative and sweet and seem very passionate about what they are doing. 

I honestly do love that place! Will keep coming back and if restricted in time will keep ordering for delivery. 

Thanks for having opened up that restaurant! You’ve given me (us) some very precious moments already!

Staff is also so professional and it’s not much expensive.

					  Loved it! I ordered 3 pizzas yesterday and my family loved it! Top quality, authentic Italian pizza. They nailed the dough; thin base, puffy crust. Fresh, tasty ingredients. We'll be back!
